The health and safety of our customers and employees is our top concern as we continue to provide service during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Normally we welcome our customers to attend the inspection so they can see our work first-hand. However, in the interest of safety we have implemented a contactless process in which the home must be vacant at the time of the inspection. The inspector will wear protective gear from the time they arrive at the property until the end of the inspection. In place of an in-person walk-thru with the customer, we will discuss our findings with the customer by phone.
