Once I identified a home that I was interested in I reached out to Roger and got an inspection scheduled. From the first discussion to the final walk through he was courteous, professional and punctual. He told me what to expect in terms of timeframe and deliverable and I got exactly what he promised. As a result of his findings we were able to make an informed decision not to move forward on a home we originally thought might have been the right one for us. So I consider him a blessing. I am definitely going to be reaching out to A&T Home inspections to do the next inspection for us as well!

I’m a first time home buyer so, I was a bit nervous every regarding the home inspection part of it. My realtor recommended the inspector Roger Kitzmiller with A&T Home Inspections. Roger was detailed, looked at every inch of the house.  Very professional and a good eye for detail.  He went over the major items with me before he left the property.  I received the inspection report later that evening, very detailed, once I saw it, I would have like to have walked through all items before leaving the property but maybe that is not realistic.
